New Bodyrock Challenge Fit Test
The goal was to do as many as possible in 50 sec with a 10 sec rest between each workout. My results are as follows with the results of my final fit test from the last Bodyrock challenge in brackets:
Squat Jump: 33 [30]
Push Ups (girl): 22 [20]
Burpees: 9 [10]
High Knees: 83 [93]
Switch Lunges: 23 [16]
Tuck Jumps: 21 [14 and not done as well as this time]

Rough
This is just HOT to think about. Apparently advice from on privatepfaff to an anon tumblr asker on how to appropriately fuck a girl roughly. I find it funny that she says “nine times out of then she won’t [tell you stop]” because its true. Bodyrock Fit test half way
So this weeks Bodyrock.tv exercise was to do the fit test again since we are half way through the 30 day challenge. Guess what?! I did better in all the exercises! Some I did a lot better and others only sorta better (but a millions times more well done than the first time)
